What You Will Do

  • Manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Present pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings.
  • Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects.
  • Assist with outreach marketing and resident event planning.
  • Prepare lease agreements and maintain records through innovative online tools.

Requirements

  • Strong customer focus and previous sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated problem solver.
  • Availability to work weekends.

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
