The Role: Senior Revenue Accountant

In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606. You will analyze revenue transactions, prepare supporting schedules and manage month-end close processes.

  • Perform monthly close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and automation projects.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations and review contracts for ASC 606 compliance.
  • Prepare detailed revenue schedules, reports, and audit support documents.
  • Maintain revenue recognition systems and stay current with accounting standards.

Who You Are

You have 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience focused on revenue recognition, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel ability, and a solid understanding of GAAP and ASC 606. Experience with SaaS companies and subscription platforms is highly valued. A CPA license is preferred.
