About the Role

The Trust & Safety Analyst II will review fundraiser content, handle policy escalations, and ensure the safe delivery of funds to beneficiaries. This role requires strong attention to detail, crisis management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage ticket and queue support for fundraiser authenticity.
  • Investigate escalated policy reviews and resolve inquiries.
  • Support crisis response with proactive monitoring protocols.
  • Mentor peers and lead quality assurance on casework.
  • Collaborate with teams to provide actionable insights.

Job Responsibilities

The role involves providing high-quality support to ensure online safety, investigating high-risk cases, mentoring junior analysts, and serving as a resource to internal teams. Analysts are expected to identify policy gaps and contribute to long-term strategic success through trend analysis.

Work Environment & Schedule

This remote position requires adherence to a fixed Tuesday-Saturday schedule with occasional holiday shifts. Candidates must be comfortable reviewing sensitive content and managing rapid-fire decisions in high-pressure situations.
