The Team and Role

Join the GoFibre family as a GIS Developer. You will support network planning and build tracking by turning mapping data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain GIS tools, applications and databases.
  • Integrate build progress data into maps and dashboards.
  • Perform spatial analysis for route optimisation and gap identification.
  • Create mobile and web mapping solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all GIS systems.
  • Generate maps and reports for regulators and public bids.
  • Integrate GIS with CRM, project management, and asset tracking systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in GIS development, preferably in telecoms or infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in IQGeo, QGIS, ArcGIS, or Smallworld.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, PostgreSQL (with PostGIS), and familiarity with FME and JavaScript.
  • Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
