About the Role: Senior HRBP Technology at GoDaddy

Join GoDaddy's People Ops team as a Senior HRBP Technology and play a pivotal role in shaping the future and culture of our company. As a Senior HRBP Technology, you’ll feel the impact of your work every day—whether through close partnerships with leaders and employees, leading change initiatives, or running experiments to block bias. You’ll engage across organizational design, talent and performance management, employee engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, career development, and more. You’ll collaborate across multiple time zones, demonstrating flexibility and proactive communication to ensure strong connections with global partners.

This position is designated as United States Remote, with some location restrictions. Your manager can provide more details on hybrid or fully remote arrangements. Please note: This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

What You'll Get to Do as a Senior HRBP Technology

  • Work closely with our Airo Growth and Innovation leadership teams and People Operations partner teams to shepherd existing Employee Experience programs and drive process improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices that enable growth, drive necessary change, and scale the company.
  • Provide a full range of Human Resources support and leadership to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional subject matter experts to help design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize work.
  • Support our unique performance and promotion review process and talent programs, focusing on reducing bias in career advancement and ensuring fairness for all employees.
  • Champion and represent GoDaddy’s unique culture and values, creating programs that safeguard and advance our culture as a differentiator.
  • Focus on organizational effectiveness and design activities to ensure the health and performance of the company.
  • Influence our diversity practices to build a more diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
  • Leverage data to make our people’s processes smarter and more efficient through application of a strong knowledge of workforce analytics and metrics.
  • Manage, inspire, and develop your team to deliver results, share best practices internally, benchmark externally, scale and grow their skills and impact.
  • Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, and employee relations.

Your Experience Should Include

  • 7+ years of HR business partner experience supporting product, technology, or engineering leaders in a global SaaS or high technology company.
  • Global organizational expertise with direct experience in large organizations, mixed employee/BPO models, and ability to influence and coach executives on strategic organizational design and scaling.
  • Comprehensive HR generalist background spanning organizational design, succession planning, performance management, D&I, compensation, talent management, and employee relations experience on a global level.
  • Strong partnership and communication skills with c-suite leaders, with demonstrated ability to listen, accept feedback, build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, and drive organizational change across complex environments.
  • Adaptable leadership style suited for fast-moving environments with strong process/change management skills, servant leader mindset, and flexibility to shift between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
  • Travel required (roughly twice per year).
