Position Overview

The Principal Product Manager - Reporting, Insights and Data will lead the Commerce Insights Experience Team. You will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for merchant reporting, insights and data experiences across web, mobile, and point-of-sale surfaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap for data experiences.
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, data science, and go-to-market teams.
  • Create dashboards, reporting workflows, and data visualizations.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and storytelling.
  • Champion experimentation, measurement, and growth for merchants.
  • Develop success metrics and apply market trends to strengthen competitive edge.

Work Arrangement & Location Details

This position is remote or hybrid based on manager designation. It is not eligible in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands and is not being considered in California, Seattle, or NYC.
