About the Role
This is a client-facing support role focused on managing, investigating, and resolving client queries in a structured and time-bound manner. The Management Trainee will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring clear communication, strong ownership, and a process-driven approach to guarantee a superior client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries; log, track, and provide regular updates.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for each issue and share clear, client-facing reports with findings and resolutions.
- Categorize queries (bugs, access/role changes, data issues, etc.) and route them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Publish weekly reports highlighting bugs, recurring issues, and pending items for the product team.
- Communicate production updates, patches, releases, and access changes to clients as required.
- Collaborate closely with Business and Technology teams to ensure timely and structured issue resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA or an equivalent degree.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand systems end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with high ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Jira, Freshdesk, or similar tracking/reporting platforms.
