The Role
The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimising marketing processes, technologies, and workflows to maximise marketing effectiveness and drive business growth. Key aspects include:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the marketing technology stack
- Developing scalable processes for the account funnel
- Building the marketing engine including scoring models and automation workflows
- Supporting Demand Generation and Global Growth teams across various channels
- Staying up-to-date on marketing operations trends and technologies
What Excites Us
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or related fields, proven familiarity with marketing platforms, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
