The Role

As an IT Engineer, you will support a suite of collaboration tools, work with the Service Desk on escalated incidents and problems, maintain self-help documentation for employees, and engage in integration and development projects for new technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the best IT experience for GoCardless employees.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain collaboration tools.
• Resolve escalated IT incidents and problems.
• Maintain up-to-date self-help documentation.
• Work on integration and development projects.

Required Skills & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of SaaS enterprise technologies, integrations, and APIs.
• Understanding of workplace infrastructure including networks.
• Experience with macOS, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Kandji, and Atlassian Suite.
• Coding/scripting experience in one or more general-purpose languages.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: £37,000 - £56,000. Benefits include dedicated wellbeing support, a Work Away Scheme, hybrid working model, equity participation for permanent employees, tailored parental leave, generous holidays, volunteer days, and wellness days.
