Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting: Partner with mid‐ to large‐scale organizations to design custom learning strategies that drive measurable behavior change. Responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, setting SMART goals, identifying root causes, and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.

Content Consultation & Curation: Curate learning programs from Go1’s extensive course library. You will develop detailed knowledge of the library, match resources with client objectives, design tailored learning paths, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers. This includes joining client calls, clarifying objectives, drafting follow-up emails, and tracking project progress to ensure timely deliveries.

Pre-sales Support: Assist sales teams by conducting discovery calls to identify client pain points and delivering tailored content playlists to convert prospects into clients.

Candidate Profile

If you have over 3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, are a strong communicator, and are tech-proficient, then you could be the perfect fit. You should be comfortable in a remote, fast-paced environment and adept at navigating asynchronous communication across multiple time zones.

Compensation & Benefits

This role pays between $90,000 and $97,500 annually, based on your skills and experience. In addition, it is eligible for an employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
