Go Intellects Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Specialist with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes for a hybrid role in Washington, DC. This position offers flexibility with any location accepted and relocation assistance. You will be instrumental in solving complex business problems, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for the DC Government client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Solve business problems, define business architecture, optimize processes, and manage business requirements.
• Provide hands-on business process requirements analysis for Oracle Cloud ERP and related applications.
• Plan, design, and implement financial systems solutions in collaboration with internal and external resources.
• Document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements and functional design specifications.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of business requirements to application developers.
• Scour through vast amounts of information to identify salient points and new business patterns.
• Identify and address changes in business processes.
• Build trust between Business and IT teams.
• Assist in identifying and implementing software solutions.
• Provide application support for business users.
• Write conversion, interface, reports, and extension functional design specifications.
• Support data cleanup, data conversion, and reconciliation activities.
• Support month-end and year-end activities, including reconciliation.
• Review design specifications and provide feedback.
• Write white papers and solution recommendations.
• Support testing and conduct training.
• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering system capacity and limitations.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience (10 years).
• CPA Certification is preferred.
• 12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• 12+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
• 12+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience.
• 12+ years of Microsoft Excel/Word/Visio/PowerPoint experience.
• 12+ years of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite experience.
• 12+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert/SME in Procure to Pay Process Area.
• 8+ years of experience with month-end and year-end closing and reconciliation in Procure to Pay Process Area.
• Demonstrable expertise within the Oracle Cloud ERP suite, specifically Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Payables modules.
• 8+ years of experience providing production support for Oracle EBS/Cloud Applications.
• 8+ Years’ experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud Procure to Pay Process Area.
• Experience with Public Sector implementation (preferred).
