As a Service Advisor, you’re more than a middle person between the customer and the shop; you’re the first point of contact and a trusted guide. You help customers understand their needs, keep them informed, and build the kind of loyalty that keeps them coming back.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process with clear, friendly communication
- Collaborating with techs to ensure repairs are done right the first time
- Managing service schedules and follow-ups to keep things running smoothly
- Building long-term customer relationships based on trust and reliability
