What You'll Do
This is a Part-Time Hourly Position. As a Sales Associate at GNC, you will engage with customers, advise, sell, and recommend products, while also restocking, maintaining visual merchandising, fulfilling online orders, and performing cleaning duties. You will represent the brand by promoting the "Live Well" message.
- Proactively greet every customer and create a welcoming environment.
- Interact genuinely to recommend appropriate products based on needs.
- Strive to exceed personal and store sales goals.
- Fulfill online orders accurately and timely.
- Maintain store appearance through cash handling, inventory counts, and deposits.
Environmental Factors & Working Schedule
The role requires standing/walking up to eight hours, frequent bending, lifting up to 20-40 pounds, and occasional ladder climbing. It involves varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support store operations.
