About the Role

What Challenge Will You Be Taking On?

Your primary challenge will be to define the Strategic and Technical Vision for integrating Artificial Intelligence into our Public Transport solutions. This involves developing new advanced AI capabilities and leading innovative projects within the sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Defining the Strategic Roadmap for AI integration in Public Transport Solutions.
• Exploring new business opportunities and operational models based on AI.
• Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team, attracting and developing talent.
• Driving the technological evolution of the platform towards advanced AI capabilities such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and optimization.
• Collaborating with product leaders and technical teams to align solutions with market needs.
• Applying emerging AI technologies including generative AI, computer vision, and natural language processing.
• Ensuring effective integration of AI models into existing systems.
• Acting as a technical reference, guiding the team and solving complex challenges.
• Ensuring best practices in data management, including governance, security, modelling, and technical documentation.

What Do We Need in Our Team?

For this position, we are looking for professionals with solid experience in:

• Leadership of innovative projects or technology startups related to artificial intelligence or data.
• AI architectures, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
• Development and implementation of Machine Learning models (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Advanced technology platforms, data integration, and AI models.

Additionally, you should possess proven skills in building teams from scratch and designing strategies to scale technology capabilities. Knowledge of generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, along with familiarity with Scalable Data Architectures and modern tools, is essential.
