About the Role
Glow Brands Corporate in Louisville, KY is seeking a full-time Senior Director of Performance Marketing & 1P Data Segmentation. In this role, you will be the company expert in segmenting 1P guest data and creating personalized guest journeys using SMS, Email, and Media Retargeting. Reporting directly to the CMO in the Executive Office, you will work closely with teams including Internal Creative, eCommerce, Finance, IT, and external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze guest behavior and conduct A/B testing.
- Segment guest data using the SunLync Data Warehouse.
- Create personalized promotions and marketing programs.
- Collaborate with creative teams for custom SMS/Email/Digital Media ads.
- Lead the development of Performance Marketing programs for the upcoming Wellness City concept.
Background & Experience
Candidates must have 5-7 years of performance marketing experience, proficiency in Power BI and mySQL, and a proven track record in data segmentation and personalized marketing program development.
Work Conditions
This role requires on-call availability, prolonged sitting, and occasional physical activity such as lifting up to 25 pounds.
