Digital & Technology Functional Excellence Manager at GloPros
We are seeking a practical, forward-thinking Digital & Technology Functional Excellence Manager to support the Head of CIO in designing and implementing a robust process and performance framework for our new Digital & Technology organization. This role is well-suited to someone who blends hands-on execution with a strategic mindset, brings strong IT governance expertise, and excels in managing small-scale projects in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously maintain processes, KPIs, and dashboards to track, monitor, and improve performance across the Digital & Technology organization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and overall effectiveness.
- Partner with the Head of CIO to define and embed the process and performance framework for the new Digital & Technology organization.
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring on-time delivery and clear alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT governance standards and best practices into day-to-day operations.
- Provide pragmatic guidance and solutions to operational and functional challenges across IT and digital domains.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in IT and governance, including familiarity with ITIL, IT4IT, or comparable frameworks.
- Strong capability in KPI design, dashboard development, and performance monitoring.
- Solid experience in process management and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record in managing small projects, ideally within IT or digital functions.
- Hands-on, practical approach with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
