Job Description
Mergers and Acquisitions Manager
Globeducate is a leading international group of premium K‑12 schools, growing through acquisitions across multiple countries. We are looking for an M&A Manager to support our expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will report to the M&A Director.Key responsibilities
- Support and execute M&A transactions under the direction of the M&A Director.
- Build and maintain financial models (valuations, scenarios, sensitivities).
- Prepare investment memos, business cases and presentations for senior management.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence with internal teams and external advisers.
- Analyse financial, operational, regulatory and people‑related risks.
- Support negotiations of transaction documentation (SPA, earn‑outs, conditions precedent).
- Act as a key interface with Finance, People, Legal and Operations teams.
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape in the K‑12 education sector.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in M&A within private equity‑backed companies.
- Experience in the K‑12 education sector is a plus.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
