Overview of the Brand Ambassador Role
We are actively seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors (Sales Promoters) to join GLOBE TRAVEL RETAIL's exciting 2026 campaign in Costa Dorada (Salou). This opportunity is with a leading international company, focusing on promotional and sales activation at specialized points of sale. If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy engaging with international customers to drive sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and effectively promote the brand across various points of sale within your assigned route.
- Consistently drive sales performance, working diligently towards achieving established sales targets.
- Engage proactively with customers, providing comprehensive product information and promotional details.
- Accurately deliver daily activity reports, including attendance, sales results, and any incidents, utilizing digital tools.
- Ensure the correct use and meticulous control of all promotional materials and merchandising.
Requirements for Success
- Possess a valid driver’s license in Spain.
- Demonstrate previous experience in sales, promotion, or other commercial roles.
- Exhibit a strong sales orientation with a proven track record of working effectively with targets.
- Command a high level of English proficiency, as interviews will be conducted in English.
- Maintain availability to work Monday to Friday.
- Be a proactive, dynamic, and communicative individual.
What GLOBE TRAVEL RETAIL Offers
- A full-time position (40 hours/week) under a Fijo Discontinuo contract.
- Campaign period runs from April to September 2026.
- Competitive salary of 1,666 € gross/month, complemented by a 300€ gross/month performance-based bonus, plus an 'End of campaign' bonus.
