About the Company and Role
Globaltize is a digital services company specializing in producing websites at scale, leveraging AI-assisted workflows combined with human quality control. As a Website Project Manager, you will lead the entire website production process, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery, and high client satisfaction. This full-time role reports to the Operations Manager and involves managing internal website coordinators.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage website projects throughout their full development lifecycle.
- Lead and hold website project coordinators accountable for their performance.
- Perform critical quality assurance on AI-generated website templates.
- Ensure all websites meet Globaltize's internal standards before client delivery.
- Provide expert technical guidance and WordPress expertise to the production team.
- Conduct client consultations, effectively translating requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Manage revisions efficiently and ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Track production metrics and actively contribute to improving internal processes.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional WordPress experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of website UX/UI and conversion principles.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, specifically On-site SEO.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong decision-making and quality control judgment.
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Familiarity with CMS platforms beyond WordPress.
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Background in web development or design.
Other Information
This role targets an output of 20 websites per month, with efforts focused on growing this number through your team. A reliable internet connection and appropriate equipment are required for this remote position.
