Globaltize is growing fast, and we’re looking for a full-stack SEO killer to help us dominate organic search across the U.S., Latin America, and beyond. This is not a “just publish blog posts” role. Position Details
- Position: Search Engine Optimization Specialist
- Experience: 5+ years in SEO
- Job Type: Part-time (20hrs/week)
- Work Arrangement: Fully Remote, Flexible hours
- Pay: Competitive hourly or monthly retainer based on experience
Who You Are
- Full-Stack Operator: You can handle technical SEO, on-page, off-page, content strategy, backlink outreach, and reporting without needing your hand held.
- Technical Brain: You understand crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, site architecture, and how to fix what’s broken.
- Content-Minded: You know how to write or optimize blog posts that rank and convert, not fluff that dies on page 2.
- AI Search Aware: You understand GEO, AEO, AI overviews, and how search behavior is evolving beyond traditional blue links.
- Authority Builder: You’ve run backlink outreach campaigns, partnerships, digital PR, or creative authority plays that actually moved rankings.
- WordPress Comfortable: You’ve published and optimized content inside WordPress CMS, managed plugins, improved internal linking, and kept things clean.
- Data-Driven: You live inside Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, GA4, or similar tools and can turn data into action.
- Startup Mentality: You move fast, test ideas, take ownership, and figure things out.
- Accountable: You care about results, not just tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute Globaltize’s SEO strategy from top to bottom.
- Run technical audits and implement fixes that improve performance and crawl health.
- Optimize and refresh existing pages to improve rankings and conversions.
- Write and optimize SEO-driven blog posts that align with keyword strategy and funnel intent.
- Publish and manage content in WordPress with proper formatting, metadata, schema, and internal linking.
- Build and execute backlink outreach campaigns to increase domain authority.
- Implement GEO and AEO strategies so we show up in AI-driven search experiences.
- Identify new SEO opportunities including niche landing pages, programmatic SEO, and content clusters.
- Track rankings, traffic, and lead performance and continuously refine strategy.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and AI search shifts.
