About the Role
This is an entry-level opportunity designed to support the ticket sales department by handling outbound outreach and qualifying group sales opportunities. The role focuses on high-volume lead generation, appointment setting, and prospect qualification—serving as a training ground for future full-cycle sales roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses using a provided contact list
- Introduce the client group ticket packages and entertainment opportunities
- Qualify interest and identify decision-makers for group outings and corporate entertainment
- Schedule appointments for internal ticket sales representatives to close
- Follow and execute approved call scripts while building rapport with prospects
- Accurately log call activity, notes, and lead status in the CRM or tracking system
- Maintain consistent daily call volume and follow-up discipline
- Support Spanish-language outreach when applicable (if bilingual)
Must-Have Qualifications
- Clear, professional English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfort with outbound cold calling and high-volume dialing
- Strong coachability and willingness to learn sales fundamentals
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to consistently “pound the phones”
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with stable internet
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for data entry and follow-up
- Motivated by performance, improvement, and career growth
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish / English (strongly preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or call centers
- Familiarity with sports, entertainment, or ticket sales environments
- Experience using CRM systems or ticketing platforms
- College education or equivalent professional experience
