Overview
Globaltize is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage both paid and organic campaigns. This full-time remote role (LATAM Preferred) offers an opportunity to work with a global digital marketing team making real impact for dental practices.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on your expertise, you will work with either paid media or SEO & organic growth:
- Paid Media (Google & Meta Ads): Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns; conduct keyword research, A/B testing, performance analysis; manage budgets and bidding strategies; collaborate on ad creative; and maintain reporting dashboards.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Conduct keyword research tailored for the dental industry; optimize content, metadata, and internal linking; analyze technical SEO issues; monitor and report on rankings, CTR, and engagement metrics; and manage Google Business Profiles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO, along with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Semrush, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager is essential and familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Duda, or Webflow is preferred.
