Help drive the back-end engine of a high-volume leader in the powersports industry. We are a fast-growing, 24/7 e-commerce company specializing in the motorcycle powersports industry. Operating with a high-volume inventory and drop shipping model, we support customers across the U.S. through efficient order management and dedicated service. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Administrative & E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our back-end operations and help our leadership focus on expansion. This role is ideal for an organized, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a dependable, remote environment and understands the nuances of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and organizing the purchasing inbox, prioritizing supplier communications, and accurately entering invoices into QuickBooks Online.
- Entering shipment tracking into the FlxPoint system, ensuring customer orders are updated efficiently, and monitoring workflows to reduce shipping delays.
- Processing customer returns, issuing refunds through the credit card terminal, creating store credits, and ensuring all transactions are properly tracked for accounting.
- Communicating professionally with vendors and customers while collaborating with internal leadership via Microsoft Teams.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, drop shipping, fulfillment, or administrative operations.
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (highly preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and learn new software systems quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
- Consistency and accuracy when handling repetitive operational tasks.
