Senior DevSecOps Engineer - GCP

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, motivated, and experienced Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team at GlobalLogic. In this role, you will lead the critical 2026 GCP Security, IAM & Platform Hardening Initiative, strengthen our security posture, and drive the migration to a modern Kubernetes cluster. You will collaborate with development teams to streamline software delivery pipelines and automate release processes, advocating for Infrastructure as Code and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive the 2026 GCP Security and Platform Hardening project from planning to completion.
• Deploy, configure, and manage CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring tools.
• Advise engineering teams on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD best practices, and automation.
• Develop, enhance, and automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment scripts.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure security and compliance standards.

Requirements

8-10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps with strong proficiency in GCP and expertise in tools such as CircleCI, Terraform, Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Bash, and Python. Excellent problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaborative skills are essential.

Desirable Skills

Experience with AWS and relevant Cloud Certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
