Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst, Blockchain and Privacy at GlobalLogic will play a crucial role in developing a cutting-edge platform for the issuance and trading of illiquid securities. This platform facilitates new wallet issuance, currency transfers, and payment validation through secure gateways. It integrates identity verification, authentication, and authorization, combining Know Your Customer (KYC) with Know Your Wallet™ (KYW) and Know Your Transaction (KYT) capabilities. This system is designed to either stand alone or enhance/replace existing credentialing services, making a significant impact on financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering for blockchain and privacy designated areas, collaborating with a team of four other business analysts.
• Elicit and prioritize complex business requirements, performing thorough root-cause analysis.
• Facilitate discussions with project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Identify improvement opportunities within current and future processes (as-is / to-be).
• Explore, evaluate, and recommend improvements based on the impact of decisions.
• Actively communicate project status and insights to team, organization, and clients.
• Build strong rapport and trust with project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Utilize advanced English language skills for all communication and documentation.
