Overview

The Lead AQA Test Infrastructure Engineer role at GlobalLogic offers a unique chance to work on the full development lifecycle of medical software and devices. Contribute to quality assurance through API testing, automated test script development, and performance testing, ensuring reliable and safe software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform API testing on software systems without user interfaces.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Write and maintain code using Java or JavaScript.
  • Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks.
  • Apply Selenium WebDriver and Jmeter for testing purposes.
  • Enforce quality through black box, risk-based, system, regression, and exploratory testing.

Requirements

General: Unit testing (Jasmine, Karma), E2E testing (preferably Cypress), test coverage and mocking strategies, linting & formatting (ESLint, Prettier, Stylelint), API testing, Java coding, Selenium WebDriver & Jmeter experience, and solid QA practices.

Must Have: API test automation, test frameworks like RESTassured, Selenium, Cypress or Playwright, 5+ years Java experience, tools like Postman, event logging (Splunk/Datadog), CI/CD pipeline integration, regulatory experience and strong English communication.

Nice to Have: Salesforce, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo), MySQL, and Jama QMS.
