Role Overview - Data Center SME

This role seeks a Subject Matter Expert in data center operations and software solutioning. You will define and build software products addressing data center challenges while engaging with stakeholders from operational teams to C-suite executives.

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of data center operations and workflows.
• Understanding of compute, storage, networking and physical security.
• Experience with software solutioning and technical requirement gathering.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Insight into business drivers and translating them into product features.
• Familiarity with network operations and data center protocols.
• Experience in energy management is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic roadmap for data center software solutions.
• Act as the primary expert for data center software integration.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and prioritize initiatives.
• Manage risk and drive continuous improvement in software solutions.
