Summary Of Role

The Human Resources Intern, HR Business Partner supports the Global HR Business Partner team through talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR analytics. You will assist in HR service delivery, participate in projects, and manage administrative tasks.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist with workforce planning, succession, and career development.
  • Support employee engagement, inquiries, and performance processes.
  • Help develop and implement HR policies and programs.
  • Participate in employee surveys, HR data analysis, and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in the HRIS system and assist with reporting.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to highlight workforce trends and employee satisfaction.
  • Support global employee engagement initiatives and company culture development.

Required Qualifications

Must be at least a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Fluency in English is required. Candidates should be able to work 40 hours per week and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or co-op experience in an office setting along with strong communication, planning, organizational, creative thinking, and project management skills are preferred.
