Role Overview - Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive drives revenue growth by selling digital advertising solutions across GlobalData's digital platforms. The candidate will work on sourcing new business, building strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Maintain deep market and industry trend awareness.
- Record sales activities accurately using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Editorial and Product for client insights.
Work Schedule & Environment
This role requires attendance in the office for 4 days a week to foster collaboration and participate in team strategy sessions.
Qualifications & Attributes
Proven track record in digital advertising or media sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a self-driven, goal-oriented mindset are essential. Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
