About MyClearPath AI
MyClearPath AI is entering its structured growth phase, building a category-defining firm focused on AI strategy, governance, and measurable transformation outcomes for mid-market and enterprise organizations. We help organizations implement AI responsibly, strategically, and profitably, operating at the intersection of AI Strategy & Implementation, Organizational Transformation, Governance & Responsible Innovation, and Measurable Business Outcomes. We are not a tool vendor, but a transformation partner.
The Opportunity Structure
We are seeking a Strategic Growth Partner who can enter in one of three capacities:
- Option A: Business Development Partner (Performance + Ownership)Lead revenue growth strategy, develop enterprise partnerships, build and convert pipeline, share in profits of secured accounts, with a structured pathway to equity ownership.
- Option B: Strategic Financial InvestorProvide capital injection for scaling, access to commercial networks, revenue acceleration leverage, profit participation, and an equity stake with a defined return framework.
- Option C: Hybrid Operator-InvestorInvolve active growth leadership, strategic capital participation, profit share + share ownership, and a long-term value creation model.
The final structure will align with contribution level and value creation capacity. This is not employment; it is a structured partnership.
Returns & Incentive Framework
Structured to reward long-term commitment and measurable growth, this framework includes profit share on originated or accelerated accounts, a revenue-based participation model, structured equity allocation tied to performance milestones, and potential dividend participation as the firm scales. There will be a defined ownership agreement with clear governance terms. We are building durable enterprise value — not short-term commission cycles.
Who This Is For
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Have 7–20+ years in B2B enterprise sales, consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation.
- Have executive-level access within mid-market or enterprise environments.
- Understand commercial deal structuring.
- Think in long-term value creation, not transactional closing.
- Want equity participation in a start-up AI firm.
- Understand service-based scalability in AI and transformation.
- Value disciplined growth over hype.
- Can bring either capital, strategic access, or both.
