About the Role

The AI Innovation and Solutions Director at Global Strategy Group leads the integration of artificial intelligence across the research lifecycle. You will design processes, tools, and workflows to automate routine tasks so the team can focus on strategic analysis and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams to ensure effective AI usage.
  • Identify team needs and drive AI tool design and development.
  • Develop and refine AI-driven workflows for survey design, data analysis, and modeling.
  • Collaborate with research and data teams to meet technical standards.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Create documentation and tracking systems for development needs.
  • Prototype, test, and deploy scalable AI solutions.
  • Monitor AI adoption across the research lifecycle.

Technical Skills

  • Workflow development using Python, R or similar languages.
  • API development and integration.
  • Prototyping and testing new AI tools.
  • Data management using SQL or cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Version control using Git.
  • Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Benefits & Contact

The base salary ranges from $115,000 to $170,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
