Commissioning Electrical Superintendent

Saipem, a global leader in engineering and construction for energy and infrastructure sectors, seeks a Commissioning Electrical Superintendent for the Neptun Project. This role is crucial for organizing, coordinating and controlling the execution of electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

Mission

Organize, coordinate, and control electrical work execution performed by subcontractors or direct hires. Manage interfaces with construction disciplines and engineering departments, oversee material and equipment availability, and ensure compliance with project documentation and schedule. Ensure full adherence to safety and quality standards.

Tasks

• Support the HSE Manager and preparation of the general HSE plan.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and actively contribute in safety walk downs.
• Verify commissioning & start-up requirements in engineering documents.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and vendor management for commissioning activities.
• Approve work orders and ensure proper implementation of electrical isolation controls.
• Coordinate preventive, condition based, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead personnel training and report gaps as necessary.
• Prepare progress reports and contribute to optimizing maintenance plans.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience as a Commissioning Electrical Superintendent
• Strong English language skills
