Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the annual paid media budget financials and process, maintaining updates throughout the year.
- Drive and accelerate business growth through digital marketing and print initiatives by working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage digital agencies in partnership with the Director of Digital Marketing, focusing on building partnerships, activating full-funnel strategies, monitoring performance, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Assist with launching new digital marketing channels and continuous optimization of current strategies.
- Manage print agencies, defining strategies including creative optimization, testing, cross-functional partnerships, page reviews, and analytics.
- Manage day-to-day activation and strategy for the Affiliate channel.
- Project manage creative assets for paid and print media, briefing internal and external partners, and trafficking ads to agency partners for timely execution.
- Leverage 1st party data insights to support marketing initiatives by requesting audiences and uploading them to various 3rd party platforms.
- Assist with creating tracking URLs to support digital and print campaigns.
- Manage agency billings and CRM P-card expenses.
