About the Position
The RevOps Manager at Gloat is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire revenue generation process across the organization. This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure an aligned and efficient revenue funnel. Working out of the TLV office at least 3 times a week, you will lead process improvements, manage revenue-related data systems and tools, and drive strategic initiatives to support ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end revenue processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Manage data systems and dashboards with actionable KPIs.
- Develop and execute revenue operations strategies aligned with growth goals.
- Implement and manage CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate across teams to align revenue and product strategies.
- Establish a high-performing Revenue Operations function with clear operational guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes.
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a collaborative, results-driven culture.
- Must commute to the TLV office at least 3 times a week.
