Director of Grants, Contracts & Financial Compliance

Position Summary:

The Director of Grants, Contracts & Financial Compliance (internally known as the Director of Grants & Contracts) provides strategic leadership and oversight of the organization's government contracts, grants, and restricted funding portfolio, including financial compliance, contract billing, reimbursement processes, budget oversight, and fiscal risk management. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local, and private funding requirements while maximizing reimbursement, minimizing organizational risk, and supporting program success.

The position involves driving important financial and operational insights with senior leaders and requires strong management skills. They will mentor and manage the contract team to provide strong Programs, Development, Finance, and Accounting partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in government-funded financial management, grants and contracts administration, financial compliance, and general business analysis, with demonstrated experience managing teams and collaborating across functions.
