The Role

As part of our Entry-level Technical Support Engineer team, you'll help customers resolve complex technical problems by providing proactive guidance and recommendations to ensure secure, scalable, and seamless integrations with Glia's Digital Customer Service platform. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams including Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do

  • Assist customers and partners with complex technical integrations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams via JIRA and Slack.
  • Provide effective troubleshooting of bugs and defects.
  • Educate customers on Glia's platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Engage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Strong customer empathy and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
  • Understanding of cloud solutions and common web technology stacks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Bonus

  • Experience troubleshooting network connectivity (TCP/UDP, SSL/TLS).
  • Understanding of WebRTC and other web technologies.
  • Exposure to server-side (C#, Java, Node.js, Ruby, PHP) and client-side code.
