About the Role
The Solutions Engineer Australia role sits within the GTM organisation in the APAC region. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to local sales teams, partners, and customers, guiding them on their Generative AI journeys.
- Perform interactive demonstrations of the Glean platform for prospects.
- Educate technical teams on the architecture and integration of Glean.
- Scope and execute pilot and Proof of Value (PoV) exercises.
- Train and educate customers and partners on product usage.
- Represent Glean at events including Google Cloud Next and AWS re:Invent.
- Liaise with product managers and engineers to address issues and gather feedback.
About You
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field with 5+ years in enterprise software pre-sales. You excel in analytical problem solving and can simplify complex technical details. Comfortable with both virtual and in-person presentations, you have familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), identity services (Azure/Entra ID, Okta), API integrations, and security tools.

This role is remote, based in Australia.
