About the Role
Glean is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our rapidly expanding, venture-backed startup. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for our Enterprise & Strategic customers, guiding them through architecture, design, and implementation of the Glean platform within their enterprise environment.
You Will
- Establish your role as the customer's primary technical advisor.
- Onboard new datasources and implement custom integrations.
- Create tools, templates, and documentation for customer integrations.
- Identify expansion opportunities within customer architectures.
- Provide training and guidance to customer technical resources.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to align technical plans and priorities.
- Troubleshoot issues and assist in remediation efforts.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to improve the product.
- Engage as an active member of the Glean customer technical community.
About You
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, analytical, driven, and detail-oriented. Experience in pre or post-sales solution architecture and a proactive approach to service delivery are highly valued.
Technical Skills
- Software development in at least two languages (Python, Java, Go)
- API and custom data integration experience in Hybrid or SaaS environments
- Technical debugging including log and code analysis
- Networking expertise in cloud and on-premise environments
- Experience in disciplines such as Software Engineering, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Professional Services, or Support Engineering
- Hands-on cloud technology experience (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Security and audit experience to align with customer frameworks
Interpersonal Skills
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Project planning and execution capabilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive client service focus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Data-driven approach to assessing success and improvements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of technical consulting experience, or a Master’s with at least 1 year of technical consulting experience.
Compensation & Benefits
OTE range: $160,000 - $215,000 annually, with eligibility for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
