About The Role
As a member of our Forward Deployed Engineering Team, you will partner directly with customers to architect transformational AI solutions addressing critical business challenges. Collaborating with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll integrate technical expertise, enterprise AI system knowledge, and client-facing abilities to design and launch production platforms that create measurable business value. You will own the full engagement—from discovery and technical planning to solution architecture, development, and production launch.
You Will
- Build production AI applications using the Glean platform.
- Develop deep customer relationships and manage executive engagement.
- Guide customers through end-to-end deployment in complex environments.
- Stay current on LLM advancements and introduce latest capabilities.
- Shape the product roadmap with field learnings.
- Identify new deployment opportunities for AI in engagements.
About You
Applicants should have 4+ years in technical, client-facing roles with production LLM experience, strong full-stack programming skills, and cloud platform expertise. A founder mentality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments are essential. Ability to travel 25-50% is required.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $160,000-$270,000 annually, with factors such as location and experience influencing the offer. Benefits include medical, vision, dental coverage, generous time-off, 401k plan, home office stipend, education, wellness stipends, regular company events, and daily healthy lunches.
