About the Role
Glean is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Security Engineer to architect and secure its cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS and Azure. You will be key in identifying security gaps, designing solutions, and leveraging cloud-native technologies to strengthen our security posture.
You Will
- Collaborate with teams to design secure AWS and Azure solutions.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in cloud infrastructure.
- Implement cloud-native security tools and best practices.
- Analyze security logs and proactively respond to incidents.
- Develop security controls including IAM, network policies, and encryption.
- Create security features for authentication, authorization, and rate limiting.
- Document and train team members on security best practices.
About You
You have a degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience), strong software engineering skills, and proficiency in programming languages like Python, Go, or Java. Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and familiarity with cloud-native security tools are essential. You are adept at problem-solving, communicate complex technical concepts clearly, and thrive in a collaborative, customer-focused environment. A proactive attitude to lead, troubleshoot and learn is required.
Location & Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week required at the Bangalore office.
