About the Role

As the Product Manager, Connectors at Glean, you will expand the connectors library, enhance product integrations, and improve the Indexing API and custom connector capabilities.

• Spend time with customers to understand their knowledge needs.
• Develop key parts of the product roadmap aligning customer needs with vision.
• Empower teams by setting context, direction and building alignment.
• Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and stakeholders.
• Build scalable processes for rapid growth.

About You

You bring 5+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies, a strong technical background with API-first products, and excellent communication skills. You have a proven record of ownership, initiative, and results. A passion for AI and customer-centric product development is essential.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Bangalore, India and features a hybrid work environment (#LI-HYBRID).
