Gladly Rara is developing Bap — a wearable assistive platform designed to give subtle, real-time feedback to help people navigate communication and stress.

Role Overview

As an Innovation & Research Fellow Human-AI Interaction at Gladly Rara, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine human-AI cue exchanges, test prototypes, and translate data into empathy.

What You’ll Do

  • Join virtual sprints exploring behavioral signal analysis and wearable feedback.
  • Test or review design prototypes including hardware and UX elements.
  • Offer input on user-experience ethics and accessibility.
  • Contribute to product documentation and feature mapping.

Who You Are

You are curious, analytical, and grounded in at least one of these areas: cognitive science, UX research, data analytics, behavioral health, haptics, or product design. Bonus points if you have experience with early-stage tech or neurodivergent users.
