About the role
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility
Givens Communities is seeking a Full-Time Nurse to support our Skilled Nursing Facility. This position is responsible for providing direct and indirect resident care on the 2nd shift (3p - 11p).

What You'll Do
- Perform complex tasks for residents including catheterizations, sterile dressings and treatments, and colostomy irrigations.
- Assist RN in observing and assessing resident's total condition.
- Assist in processing physician's orders.
- Document resident information, assessments, and changes in the EMR system.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and arranging patient transportation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
What You'll Need
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license.
- Experience in senior living preferred, but not required.
Compensation
LPNs: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
RNs: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour
Compensation is based on background and experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus.
