About the role
LPN/RN Nurse - Skilled Nursing Facility
Aldersgate, a part of Givens Communities, is seeking dedicated Full-Time Nurses (LPN or RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. This role is crucial for providing direct and indirect resident care on the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM).
What You'll Do
- Perform complex resident care tasks including catheterizations, sterile dressings, and colostomy irrigations.
- Assist the Registered Nurse (RN) in observing and assessing the total condition of residents.
- Support the processing of physician's orders.
- Document resident-related information, including problems, assessments, and changes, in the EMR system.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and arranging patient transportation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

What You'll Need

- Experience in senior living is preferred but not required.
Compensation
LPNs: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
RNs: $38.00 - $44.00 per hour
Compensation is based on background and experience, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus.
