The Sr. Manager, Professional Services Program Delivery is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for project management excellence across the Professional Services organization. This role leads multiple teams, drives transformational improvements, and ensures exceptional delivery outcomes for a global customer portfolio.

This role provides strategic leadership to scale the Program Delivery organization. The position requires balancing operational excellence with long-term growth while building high-performing teams to deliver customer value.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute strategic vision for program delivery.
  • Lead multiple teams of project and program managers.
  • Oversee customer projects with alignment to business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership across functions to drive transformation.
  • Establish KPIs, risk management frameworks, and resource strategies.
  • Serve as escalation point and communicate executive-level strategies.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years in a leadership role with managerial experience.
  • Deep expertise in DevOps, cloud technologies, and software delivery.
  • Over 10 years in technology services/professional services.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent advanced certification.
  • Experience in scaling high-performing delivery organizations.
  • Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
