About GitLab

GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, enabling organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, reduce security and compliance risk, and accelerate digital transformation. With over 50 million registered users and trust from more than 50% of the Fortune 100, GitLab helps ship better, more secure software faster. Our team embraces AI as a core productivity multiplier, expecting all team members to integrate AI into daily workflows for efficiency, innovation, and impact. GitLab is where careers accelerate, innovation flourishes, and every voice is valued, driven by our values and continuous knowledge exchange.

An Overview of this Role

As a Senior Revenue Technology Analyst on GitLab's Revenue Tech team, you will be central to scaling and improving the revenue technology stack supporting our go-to-market teams. As the Revenue organization expands, you'll define user strategy, workflows, and operational methods to enhance team productivity. This role involves working with various enterprise sales platforms, partnering with Revenue Operations, Strategy, Enablement, IT, and Privacy and Legal to identify process gaps, improve integrations and automations, and ensure global compliance. You'll also build robust documentation and a knowledge repository, making processes, support paths, and tooling standards clear and accessible in our all-remote, values-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and execute a technical roadmap supporting the entire revenue lifecycle.
  • Support the execution of GitLab's AI roadmap.
  • Manage stakeholders and define roadmap priorities.
  • Identify and resolve process, integration, and automation gaps; recommend improvements, drive implementation, and support new tool evaluations and procurement.
  • Own day-to-day vendor management for revenue tech stack tools, including procurement support, renewals, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing ops, IT, Enablement, Privacy/Legal, Revenue Strategy) for effective tool implementation and usage.
  • Collaborate with operations partners to ensure compliance with standardized processes and maintain consistent business rhythms for tool users.
  • Create and implement reporting and dashboards within revenue tools to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity, aligning with Sales Strategy and Sales Data Analytics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to automate and optimize revenue workflows, focusing on scalability and growth.
  • Document workflows, support processes, and troubleshooting guidance to enable first-tier sales support and self-service.

What You'll Bring

  • Proficient experience with enterprise revenue and sales tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Gong, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, understanding end-user interaction.
  • Strong grasp of system connectivity and data sharing, including integrations, automations, permissions, and data management.
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and rolling out new tools, from requirements gathering to adoption.
  • Ability to identify workflow, process, and tooling gaps and translate them into scalable improvements.
  • Experience owning vendor relationships and operational rhythms (renewals, QBRs, user provisioning, support).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building or collaborating on reporting and dashboards for revenue teams.
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment, demonstrating ownership and effective prioritization.
  • Interest in GitLab and alignment with values, with transferable skills from sales operations, revenue operations, systems, or analytics roles.

About The Team

The Revenue Tech team at GitLab partners with Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Enablement, and related teams to support our go-to-market motion through our revenue tools.
