What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in talent development, learning experience design, or related fields.
  • Deep fluency with LXP/LMS ecosystems and AI-enabled technologies.
  • Expertise in ADDIE and SAM methodologies with a strong portfolio of global program rollouts.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and people leadership skills.
  • Proven program management and decision-making capabilities under ambiguity.
  • Analytical skills to turn learning data into strategic recommendations.

About The Team & Benefits

The Talent Management & Development team drives GitLab's capacity to build continuously learning, high-performing teams. This remote role comes with benefits including flexible time off, equity compensation, home office support, and more.

Compensation

Base salary range for this role is $112,000—$240,000 USD based on location and level. Additional incentives may apply.
