What You'll Do
Strategic Vision & Execution:
- Craft near and long-term roadmaps aligned with company OKRs.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic alignment sessions.
- Anticipate future talent needs to stay ahead of industry trends.
Learning Experience Innovation:
- Establish design excellence using UDL and inclusive design.
- Ship high-impact learning experiences with ADDIE/SAM methodologies.
Performance Revolution: Growth & Impact:
- Re-imagine continuous performance and integration of personalized growth.
- Create actionable dashboards for team and individual development.
AI Skills Revolution:
- Embed AI proficiency into daily productivity and development frameworks.
- Deploy adaptive AI curricula to meet team needs.
Technical Horsepower and Design Thinking:
- Set data strategy for talent enablement technology integrating LMS/LXP.
- Drive content adoption through interactive experiences and advanced features.
Cross-Functional Partnership Excellence:
- Partner with key divisions to link learning with career progression.
- Influence executive stakeholders to secure investment in talent programs.
Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline:
- Architect succession planning for high-potential talent.
- Establish dashboards for real-time talent pipeline visibility.
Data-Driven Innovation:
- Build analytics stacks to drive strategic talent decisions.
- Create executive dashboards from learning metrics.
Strategic Communication & Executive Storytelling:
- Translate learning metrics into board-ready narratives.
- Facilitate senior leader discussions and strategic planning sessions.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in talent development, learning experience design, or related fields.
- Deep fluency with LXP/LMS ecosystems and AI-enabled technologies.
- Expertise in ADDIE and SAM methodologies with a strong portfolio of global program rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder influence and people leadership skills.
- Proven program management and decision-making capabilities under ambiguity.
- Analytical skills to turn learning data into strategic recommendations.

Compensation
Base salary range for this role is $112,000—$240,000 USD based on location and level. Additional incentives may apply.
