In this role as Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics for Customer Success & Renewals, you will help drive strategic initiatives, leverage data-driven insights, and foster operational excellence across our global customer success and renewal functions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Customer Success and Renewals leadership.
  • Leverage advanced analytics to uncover insights and guide decision-making.
  • Develop complex business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
  • Drive alignment on key performance indicators such as renewal rates and churn metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and CS leadership to track KPIs.
  • Communicate insights via compelling data visualizations and narratives.
  • Foster a data-driven culture with self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
  • Champion process improvements and implement operational rigor.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure clear communication organizationally.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven record in driving strategic initiatives in Customer Success, Renewals, or similar functions.
  • Strong leadership experience managing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization (Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience building complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
  • Exceptional problem-solving with data-driven approaches.
  • Ability to communicate compelling stories and data visualizations.
  • Strong business acumen to translate analysis into operational plans.
  • Experience with large-scale data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) preferred.
  • Relevant academic background in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
