The Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics CS Renewals is a leadership role focusing on strategic initiatives, data-driven insights, and operational excellence across Customer Success and Renewals functions. The role blends strategic thinking, analytics, and people leadership to optimize processes and drive revenue retention and growth.
What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic partner for CS and Renewals leadership.
- Leverage advanced analytics to drive decision-making.
- Develop business models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Monitor key KPIs including renewal rates, gross retention, and churn.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and CS to define performance metrics.
- Create compelling data visualizations for executive audiences.
- Empower teams with self-service analytics and reporting.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and strategists.
- Champion process improvement initiatives and operational rigor.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives in CS or Renewals.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing analytics teams.
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis and visualization (Tableau, Looker).
- Experience building complex financial models and forecasts.
- Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills.
- Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
- Passion for Customer Success and renewal optimization.
- Familiarity with large-scale data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
- Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
