An Overview Of This Role
The Tax Department at GitLab consists of motivated professionals who collaborate effectively. As a Senior Manager, Multinational Tax, you will support the Tax and Finance teams by ensuring compliance with global tax obligations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting.
- Review quarterly transfer pricing invoicing and audits.
- Administer local income tax compliance for EMEA and APAC.
- Oversee VAT/GST compliance and intercompany agreements.
- Collaborate with accounting to reconcile GAAP and statutory books.
- Manage special projects, entity establishment, and M&A support.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance and relevant tax qualifications.
- Intermediate ASC 740, corporate tax, and indirect tax knowledge.
- Experience in SaaS, transfer pricing, digital services withholding, and tax audits.
- Familiarity with systems including NetSuite, SalesForce, and GSuite.
